It was really frustrating for me. I won by 12 points. I didn't find this game challenging. The only challenging thing I found hard was going against the time.

This is the only decent photo I have of me and her. Room 11 was studying muffins for our topic study. We made E - books and shared them with room 7&8. I read with Aretafaye. I read the story first then she read after. Aretafaye had a few problems with the words but she sounded them out and eventually got the words right. After she was finished reading I asked her whice muffin she would choose out of Apricot , Banana , Apple , Raspberry and Blueberry. She said her favourite would be blueberry because she likes the colour blue and also because blueberry's are nice.

LCM.
Walt: find the lowest common multiple ( LCM )
In room 12 I was learning about lowest common multiples. It's pretty simple really all you have to do is find the same ( smallest ) multiple in different times tables. For example I know that the lowest
common multiple of 3&4 is 12. I find it interesting to learn about. Now I would like to learn highest common factor. When I finish learning about highest common factors then things would be a whole lot easy for me.
I also learnt about the measurements and how to measure things. I learnt what

Equivalent fractions.
In room 12 I played this game. What I had to do was find equivalent fractions and match them together. I enjoyed playing this game because I got to learn what equivalent fractions are. So know I know. The thing I found difficult was finding equivalent fractions to big numbers. That's also what I want to learn next. When I first saw this game I thought it was going to be hard but really it was easier then I thought.

Robin Williams.
Walt:write a paragraph on Robin Williams.
Robin Williams died at the age of 63. He was a great actor and a hilarious comedian. I enjoyed his movie Mrs Doubtfire where he pretends to be a grandmother. People say he died in his sleep and others say he hung himself. He inspires be on being a comedian because I enjoy making people laugh and I like laughing myself. Many people looked up to him as an actor he has been in all great movie. The best movie I liked of his is Mrs Doubtfire because it’s so funny and I enjoy how he can be a grandmother and the father at the same time. It’s a really good movie.

Commonwealth games.
In the medal count England came first based on the numbers of the medals. It took about 56 000 people to get 1 medal. England had 174 medals. I think its more fear to say New Zealand came first because New Zealand only won 45 medals and it took 10 000 people to get 1 medal. In my opinion New Zealand came first. New Zealand has done really well to get all the way to the top. Comparing New Zealands medals to the rest of the country you could say that we come somewhere in the bottom.

Why we need mouth Guards in sport.
All Dental Associations have found that one third of all dental injuries are sport related. In most sports it is mandatory to wear mouth guards like rugby , boxing , soccer and league.
One of the reasons for wearing mouthguards is to protect jaw injuries, cheeks and our gums. Once you have a really bad accident when you play sport, your teeth will be knocked out and that's why people should wear mouth guard because you don’t want to lose your teeth, surely you will agree with me. Usually mouth guards would be around $5.00 but in dentists they would be about $200 so if you were smart you should probably buy it from the 2 dollar shop because it cheaper and it’s safe.
Mouth guards help prevent brain damage. If your face slams into the ground your jaw would literally slam into your skull to cause your brain would bounce out of place. That's why it is very important to wear a mouth guard, because you’ll never know what would happen. You wouldn’t want to risk losing your teeth so you should definitely wear a mouth guard.
Losing your teeth wouldn’t be really great. That's why you should always wear a mouth guard. Mouth guards help keep your teeth and your mouth safe. A lot of kids have lost their teeth because they have not been wearing a mouth guard so you should be lucky that you aren’t one of them.
Most people would agree that we must wear mouthguards during sport to protect them from losing your teeth.

Dental Presentation
Yesterday a lady named Mrs Wallbridge came to our classroom to talk to the children about why teeth is so important. We gave her a list of questions for her answer. She showed us pictures of kids teeth, I felt disgusted when she showed us a photo of a lady smoking. Mrs Wallbridge told us something that I never knew. Mrs Wallbridge said that if you get knocked out and your teeth falls out, their's a possible way to fix or else the tooth underneath won't able to grow. I was really happy that Mrs Wallbridge came to our class and explain us about fantastic facts about teeth.

Why we need mouth guards in sport.
Walt: Write a persuasive speech.
The Dental Association has found that one third of all dental injuries and sport related. In most sports it is mandatory to wear mouth guards like rugby , boxing , soccer and league. I think that it’s important to wear a mouthguard because you might get a ball to your face and your teeth might fall out and it prevents someone from getting hurt.
One of the reasons for wearing mouthguards is to protect jaw injuries because if someone hurts or hits your face, your teeth would be protected from the mouth guard. Also your jaw wouldn’t be affected. Mouth guards are mandatory in sports because it protects your mouth and your teeth wouldn’t get damaged. Adding and Subtracting
In this game I am learning to add and subtract. I found this game challenging because some of the questions that were given were questions that I didn’t even know. I used place value to solve this question because I knew that 80 + 30 = 110 and 8 + 8 = 16 so 110 + 16 = 126. Next I want to learn how to work out these question besides using place value.

Yesterday our class Room 11 went to the library. We went to share our e - books on basketball with the little children from room 8. I read with Eden. I read first then she went after me. I helped Eden with the difficult words because she had a lot of trouble trying to figure out what the words were. When Eden finished reading my e - book I asked her questions. I asked her what she found hard about reading the e - book and she just said that the words were hard to say.

Word Confusion.
I am learning to use words that have the same pronunciation correctly. I got these answers right clearly because I knew what they meant. I got a few wrong but that's only because those words were tricky. I’d like to learn the difference between more trickier words also how to pronounce them correctly. The only challenging bits were the words because some words were difficult and some words I didn’t know what they meant. Overall I got more right then wrong.

How to make a Hamburger
Walt:write an explanation.
How to make a Hamburger.
Children enjoy making hamburgers because they are really delicious. You could also make a vegetarian hamburger for those who don’t eat meat.
Firstly, place everything you’ll need onto the table or what ever the chef would be using.
Then, tip the oil into the frying pan and then grab the patty of your choice and place it on the frying pan.
After that, butter the two buns and wait for the patty to cook.
Then, once the patty has been cooked place the patty onto the buns.
Next, Grab Tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, egg or whatever you like and put it inside the bun and lay it on top of the patty.
Lastly, Grab some sauce or mustard or whatever you like and place it inside the bun. Then the hamburger was read.
Hamburgers are easy to make. It doesn’t take long to make a hamburger.
